LAND4ALL accessibility
Last updated: 6 November 2026
One in six people worldwide lives with a significant disability, according to the WHO, and many more find reading hard work, struggle with glare or feel dizzy with motion. LAND4ALL was designed so nobody is left out. Here is every aid, exactly what it does and where to turn it on.
The essentials
- Every aid is free, on every plan.
- You choose them at welcome and change them any time in Settings → Accessibility.
- If something doesn’t work for you, write to us: soporte@land-4-all.com.
- The aids under “More aids” reach Settings with app version 4.4.2; until then they are chosen on the welcome screen.
See better
| Aid | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Text size | Five sizes, from 100% to 160%. They add to the font size already set on your phone. | Settings → Accessibility |
| High contrast | Stronger colour difference between text and background, for low vision or bright sunlight. | Settings → Accessibility |
| Light or dark theme | A light or dark background; dark is easier on the eyes at night. | Settings |
| Cues next to colour (colour blindness) | Every status colour comes with a symbol: ✓ fine, ▲ warning, ✕ error, ● information. It works for every type of colour blindness, including seeing no colour at all. | Settings → Accessibility → More aids |
| Orientation | Portrait, landscape or automatic, for tablets or phones in a fixed holder. | Settings |
Read and understand
| Aid | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Easier reading (dyslexia) | 12% more space between letters, 1.5 line spacing, and no italics or words in all capitals. We do not switch to a “dyslexia font”: there is no solid evidence it helps more than spacing. | Settings → Accessibility → More aids |
| 92-term glossary | Explains every rental, mortgage, insurance, investment and app term in plain words. Search works even without accents. | Menu → Glossary |
| Words that explain themselves | In every screen’s help, glossary words are underlined: tap one and its definition opens without leaving where you are. In the calculators, fields with “ⓘ” (45) do the same. | Automatic |
| Help on every screen | “How does it work?” on 139 screens, written for people who know nothing about the subject. | Each screen’s menu |
Hear and use without looking
| Aid | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Screen reader (TalkBack) | Every button and field is named. Calculator results are announced automatically. Main controls are at least 48 dp, easy to tap. | Your phone’s TalkBack |
| Read aloud | An item’s record and a property’s record can be heard in your phone’s voice, in your language. | Record menu → Read aloud |
| Touch feedback | A gentle vibration when you tap and confirm, following your phone’s vibration settings. | Automatic |
| Type less | Inventory from a photo, reading receipts, labels and barcodes. For everything else, your keyboard’s voice typing works in every field. | Inventory screens |
Less motion
| Aid | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Reduce motion | Removes slides between screens, cards that appear, bounces when tapping and counting numbers. New in version 4.4.2. | Settings → Accessibility → More aids |
| Follows your phone | If you remove animations in your phone’s accessibility settings, the app removes them too, with nothing else to do. | Automatic |
Language and formats
| Aid | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| 19 complete languages | Including Arabic, which reads right to left. Dates follow the chosen language. | Settings → Language |
| Currency and units | 145 currencies and metric or imperial units (m² or square feet). | Settings |
On this site
- Larger text: the “A+” button at the top enlarges the whole page and is remembered next time.
- Light or dark theme, with the sun button; by default it follows your device.
- Blue words: tap them to see their meaning in a small window, without leaving the page. Close it with ✕, by tapping outside or with Esc.
- Video with captions, on by default. On the Portuguese and French pages the video is in English with translated captions.
- Less motion: if your device asks for reduced motion, the site animates nothing.
- Keyboard: “Skip to content” first, profile tabs with the arrow keys, and everything works without a mouse.
- Images with descriptions for screen readers, and no cookies or trackers.
In the videos
- Captions on all 11 videos, in Spanish or English depending on the video, ready for YouTube and social media.
- A clear voice at natural speed, with music lowered while it speaks.
- No video shows personal data.
What is not right yet
We would rather tell you before you find out:
- We do not yet have an accessibility audit by outside experts.
- PDF reports look and print well, but do not yet carry the internal tags screen readers use to read a PDF.
- The app is Android-only for now.
Tell us what is missing
If a screen doesn’t read well, a button is hard to tap or you miss an aid, write to soporte@land-4-all.com with the subject “Accessibility”. We treat it as a bug, not a suggestion.
